I have always been passionate about my work and derive a tremendous satisfaction helping others. If you are feeling lost, alone and confused, you may not want to share that with others, yet therapy provides a safe haven. Working together on your goals can result in tremendous comfort and relief. It's risky to feel vulnerable but hopeful that you are working towards resolving what needs to be repaired in your most meaningful relationships. I'll be there to hear what concerns you, in your own words without judgment and join you in all celebrations along the way.
I'm a clinical psychologist, and have been in private practice for many years. I specialize in individual and couples therapy, and clinical supervision. I am passionate about helping people find their most honest paths and believe that repair after an affair is possible and intergenerational relationships can improve.
At this stage in my career, I've developed a practice that has flexible hours to accommodate a variety of needs. I offer a free 15-20 minute phone consultation to make sure we feel we connect and use a secure therapeutic platform for video as well as Facetime.

COVID-19 Relationship Support

Couples experiencing disharmony are now subject to additional trauma from COVID-19. Being homebound, facing financial difficulties, and homeschooling are examples of stresses that amplify pre-existing conflicts. Couples headed toward repair might view the lockdown as a time to come together stronger, but need support to improve communication. Partners benefit from guidance on healthier discourse and asking for what they need. If you need help with a troubled relationship or want to strengthen your bond, counseling brings understanding, connectivity, and calm to your home(s). Teletherapy helps couples experience a new kind of intimacy, whether living together or separately.
