I am a clinical psychologist with more than 45 years of experience and a passion for the work that has never faded. I am at a stage in my career where I am especially focused on couples therapy and relational work. I offer a supportive, deeply engaged space where couples can understand their patterns, conflicts, disconnection and build stronger, more honest relationships. In individual therapy, I work with people seeking clarity and growth in their relationships and emotional lives during periods of transition or stress.

I am certified in Relational Life therapy (RLT), a practical, change-oriented approach that helps couples identify maladaptive patterns to move toward more loving, healthier ways of relating. I am also EFT-informed (Emotionally Focused Therapy) which focuses on attachment and the deeper feelings that lie beneath the surface.

At this stage in my career, I've developed a practice that has flexible hours to accommodate a variety of needs. I offer a free 15-20 minute phone consultation to make sure we feel we connect and use a secure therapeutic platform for video as well as Facetime.

The Couples Intensive

Many couples find intensives dislodge critical problems faster than weekly couples therapy as there’s no time to fall into old, counterproductive patterns. Being a Terry Real Certified Relational Life Therapist, I help couples communicate with integrity & vulnerability through this two-day process in hopes of creating a shift in their relationship. Defenses that worked as a child but no longer work in adult relationships are discussed. Intensives help couples facing infidelity, revive intimacy, and decide to stay together or amicably separate. Intensives begins with 90-minute individual sessions & a 4-hour couples session the next day. (30 min. break)
