As a therapist , my passion lies in guiding individuals through their healing journey and helping them uncover their true selves. There's nothing more fulfilling to me than supporting people on their journey to feel healthier, supporting them as they heal from past wounds and tap into their inner strengths. I understand being human is a complex journey involving the mind, body, and spirit, and I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can freely express themselves. My goal is to meet my clients where they at and assist them in moving forward in their life's journey. To hold space when needed and guide them.
I offer the opportunity for individuals to be connected with not only their thoughts but, their emotions and their body. I do individual therapy and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy for those who are interested. I also offer groups, offering opportunities to work with horses in order to address life transition issues and anxiety issues.
Working with horses is a love of mine. The relationship is simple. Show them kindness gentleness and trust and a lasting commitment is built. I carry this in my life and my work. Relationships are necessary for happiness and growth. Good ones are grounded in respect and trust. The best are with ourselves. My hope is my clients find that out for themselves

Through gentle, hands-on experiences with horses, we’ll explore self-discovery, build resilience, and reconnect with your inner strength. The horses, along with a supportive group of women and experienced facilitators, will help you find clarity and confidence as you step into your next chapter. No prior horse experience is needed—just come as you are, ready to share, learn, and grow.
