I specialize in treating: existential issues, low self worth, relationship issues, depression, and anxiety. I am trained and experienced in a variety of other mental health issues such as co-dependency, poor emotion regulation, and lack of distress tolerance skills. My interventions and therapy style are relevant for most mental health challenges.
I too have struggled with mental health challenges and learned to effectively create a meaningful, fulfilling life driven by my values and things that bring me joy.
