Life presents each of us with challenges that sometimes seem overwhelming. One can feel out of control using old coping mechanisms and strategies that don't work anymore. It's then that you will need the kind of support and guidance I offer to help strengthen your untapped natural ability to mindfully navigate through these and many other life stresses.
I believe we all have the power to live happier lives by discovering more about ourselves. We then can make better conscious choices--taking practical action to solve our deepest issues. Adversity brings unexpected opportunities to develop, mature and transform ourselves and our relationships--creating greater freedom, joy and love.
For more than 35 years I have guided people through stressful situations. As a therapist, developmental psychologist and certified life-coach I have helped people explore themselves--their patterns of behavior and emotions. My office is a safe, warm space to relax and learn differently--with curiosity and humor, not judgment and criticism.
