The journey of life is a complex and challenging one to navigate. We are not given a roadmap to help us find our way. And there are times when having someone journey alongside us, as we examine ourselves and aspects of our life, is of great benefit. I imagine that is what you are seeking and applaud you on taking this brave first step. My belief is that you are closer to navigating the complexity of YOU than you may think. It might be challenging to see in the moment due to challenges or symptoms you may be experiencing. You already possess everything you need to heal from the past and navigate the present.
I am a person-centered, holistically trained counselor who works primarily with the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model of therapy. I connect deeply with my clients, meeting them where they are at in their journey, ensuring they feel safe and held in the counseling relationship, and working with both mind and body.
Using the IFS model, I guide clients toward greater self-awareness of their “parts” with a goal of achieving a sense of harmony and balance within their internal system.
