I recognized the strength and courage in each one of my clients. I strive to create a nonjudgemental, empathic therapeutic setting where clients feel safe and validated. I am passionate about helping people who are struggling with grief and loss, trauma, depression and anxiety. Often, loss is traumatic. Through trauma work, the pain from traumatic loss lessens and a sense of purpose is restored. We live in a stressful, busy world, and life can feel overwhelming and affect relationships. My practice also focuses on stress management, mindfulness skills and repairing relationships. I see adults, adolescents/teens and their families. I offer free 60 minute consultations.
