I work with women dealing with anxiety, relationship stress, and life transitions—and with couples navigating conflict, communication breakdowns, and major decisions. Women in their 20s–30s often seek support with dating and early adult life, while women in midlife and retirement are rethinking partnership, identity, and life purpose. Many couples come in feeling stuck in the same conversations or unsure how to move forward. I also work with creatives (artists, writers, musicians, actors, entrepreneurs) facing creative blocks, visibility, and authenticity.
My work is focused on what’s happening in the moment to help you get unstuck. I work dynamically with you so patterns can shift in realtime. My work with couples is similar: relational, grounded and compassionate, with Gottman, EFT and mediation techniques. Practical, trauma-informed, strengths-focused. Online across Ohio. Evenings and Saturdays available.
Therapy with me is more like a thoughtful conversation than a clinical exam.
