It is important to me to give you the space you need. I specialize in helping narcisisstic/gaslighting survivors, autism spectrum disorder, self esteem, depression, anxiety, grief.
I offer talk therapy, grief therapy, self-esteem work, and I also work with those suffering from depression and anxiety. I help narcissistic gaslighting survivors. I am LGBTQ+ friendly. As the mother of two kids on the autism spectrum and other kiddos who are neurodiverse, I understand what that means and the pressure it puts on you.
