Talk therapy forms the foundation for my all work. Your story is important. When clients seek to deepen their healing process I help them take the next steps through somatically based therapies. The integration of bodymind (soma) can help clients conquer depression, recover from trauma, relieve anxiety, cope with limiting medical and physical conditions, and increase their capacity to embrace life. As an Exercise Specialist, I have been helping people overcome back problems for over 26 years with my Active EASE program. I also lead InterPlay, a seriously fun way to come at things from a different direction.

Treatment options include EMDR, breath-work, sensory awareness, natural movement, progressive relaxation, visualization, and InterPlay focus sessions. We create a safe space to explore and understand the wisdom of emotion and sensation to generate fuel for creating your future.

DANCE/MOVEMENT THERAPY, like Art and Music Therapy, allows us to express what cannot be captured by words alone. Enriching talk therapy with dance/movement engages the creative process, improves mental health, and increases well being. Memories and experiences residing in our bodies are a powerful source of healing energy.
