I help my clients feel more connected to themselves and to others, enjoying richer, more meaningful relationships. The therapeutic process is designed to facilitate change and release one from pain and suffering. It is a collaborative effort as we address your concerns while we navigate the journey from crisis to wellness. I am most helpful in aiding people to find their true voice, and to live their lives more fully and authentically. It is true that living an authentic life, where one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are in synch, brings about lasting happiness. My job is to help facilitate that process.
I work with adults and young adults who are seeking a richer life experience at home , in their relationships and at work. I conduct Teletherapy sessions only at this time. Teletherapy is convenient snd productive in terms of time management and an extremely effective mode of therapy. I work with many different problems one might be experiencing.
I help my clients have richer, more meaningful relationships with the people in their lives.The reward of this work is in making a deep empathic connection with those who are seeking therapy and wanting to make important life changes.
