I have served children in the educational setting in the U.S. and the Middle East for over 20 years, through teaching, coaching, and counseling. I was born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley, Virginia where I live with husband and son.
I enjoy using affirmation, solution focused, motivational interviewing and cognitive behavior therapies. I assist individuals to change their thought patterns, re-frame their choices, and create accountability to empower new life choices. I assist individuals in building resiliency, work through challenges and persevere through hope and joy.
