Greetings and welcome to Mountain Home Counseling! I offer a genuine team approach with you, doing work I am called to from the heart and soul. My specialties are in general mental health counseling, clinical hypnosis and Transpersonal hypnotherapy. Clinical and therapeutic hypnosis along with counseling addresses many forms of mental/emotional/physical issues including undesirable habits, phobias, physical ailments, anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and all manner of fear that hinders our ability to fully love and accept ourselves.
