We will also connect how this self-discovery impacts your interpersonal style.

My passion for integrating mind, body, and spirit grew out of clinical experience working with sexual abuse trauma survivors and people with chronic digestive health issues. My clinical skills include the use of movement, breath, meditation, mindfulness, energy techniques, visualization, and hypnotherapy. Becoming your own best friend is our focus.

My background includes EMDR Level I & II, 200 hr EmbodiYoga Teacher Training, Nervous System Energy Work practitioner level certification, Reiki Master Teacher certification, Hypnosis Level I practitioner certification, training in biofeedback, and spirituality. I volunteer as the Pittsburgh Pathwork Board President and as an advisor with the TRUST Project.

Each session will begin with experiential exercises including EmbodiYoga sequencing movements in support of centering participants followed by embodied interpersonal processing. Participants will work on developing a compassionate trustworthy community in support of each others' growth. Participants will also have a chance to explore how habitually held tension patterns, gestures, and movements impact their awareness of feelings and interpersonal communication style. Each participant will be encouraged to expand her/his range of self-understanding and self-expression.
