I am dedicated to helping clients improve their mental health through an empathetic, non-judgmental counseling relationship. I believes in the inherent resilience and capacity for growth within each individual, and is dedicated to empowering clients to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and live more fulfilling and meaningful lives. Understanding the "why" of our thoughts, feelings and behaviors can help bring a greater sense of control and insight. Clients can learn the power of their own choices and perspective to grow and make significant changes one step at a time.
My passion is working with parents to help with children with Neurodevlopmental Disorders. I'm committed to providing the highest quality of care to clients, continually monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. My approach to therapy comes from a space of empathy, compassion and no judgement.
Using a collaborative and empathetic approach to therapy, creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I utilizes a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, exposure therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions, to help clients develop.
