I've had over 30 years of experience helping others who struggle with anxiety, depression, Bipolar, premarital and marital issues, pregnancy and postpartum depression, infertility, grief and loss, chronic or life threatening illnesses, relationship and blended family issues, career counseling, divorce recovery as well as trauma and post traumatic stress.
Since the work we do is serious and incredibly important, I create a safe and caring space where you can relax and be yourself.
