We are all hard-wired to live good and meaningful lives, but sometimes need support to do so. Therapy helps people feel "safe and seen" so they feel better, but also so they take action to improve their lives. I love seeing my clients take risks and grow so they live with greater vitality and joy. I believe symptoms are a request from the psyche to grow. Whether you are dealing with anxiety or just a feeling that you want more out of life, work, or your relationships, let's dive in and get to work!
Our health behaviors greatly influence mental and emotional wellness, and I am becoming a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Practitioner to help my patients maximize overall wellness. I am trained in mindfulness and Buddhist psychology. I also specialize in helping parents find more joy and less stress in parenting.
I love helping busy professionals find greater career satisfaction and happiness. I have experience in the legal, political, and corporate sectors and specialize in burnout, stress, and work/life balance. I received my MA from the Leadership Institute of Seattle, understand organizational systems, and am equipped to help leaders lead more effectively.
