I specialize in evidence-based and mindfulness approaches. As a licensed psychologist, I have extensive experience treating stress, anxiety, mood disorders, low self-esteem, depression, and addiction. I often work with individuals on relationship concerns, life transitions, and issues related to gender identity. I also conduct psychological testing.
My colleague and I started our practice together and decided to call it HeartWork Psychology because we believe our work should always come from the heart.
