I've been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1993. I use person-centered, evidenced-based therapies to support people while they make changes to improve their lives. I have specialized training in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodiversity, grief, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and much more.
My style is to listen intently, provide feedback, suggest "homework" when helpful, and share skills and tools you can use while you are making changes.
