Each life is a gift. I acknowledge and honor each individual that joins me with their most heartfelt challenges to their most celebrated achievements. I use an integrative approach to treat anxiety, depression, trauma in adolescents, adults, and couples. I offer a warm and collaborative approach to tackling your life’s challenges through making concrete goals with you. I have been practicing for several years, working with various populations in the New York City metropolitan area.
I have expertise working with adolescents and adults with a wide range of emotional and behavioral struggles including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, addictions, parenting and maternal health. I offer an empathetic, nonjudgmental approach with each client.
I have learned to sit with clients and experience their suffering. I foster a place of acceptance of struggles and strengths. I encourage stepping out of the darkness towards compassion and self-advocacy. My goal is to foster an understanding that our challenges are often common human experiences.
