I know the decision to seek counseling is often a difficult one. I have experience with a variety of issues including grief and loss, depression, anxiety, stress management, trauma, self esteem, as well as issues that arise with aging.
I have over 30 years of experience providing therapeutic services. Managing our lives can at times be overwhelming. As we age, many challenges arise including loss of family members and friends. Sometimes physical challenges accompany aging and necessitate changes. These changes can be difficult to navigate.
I will be happy to talk with you about the issues concerning you at this point in time. WE can work together towards your goals for therapy and healing.
