I use the Expressive Arts as a vehicle for self expression and personal empowerment as some things are more fully explored and expressed non-verbally.
With post-graduate training in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, Trauma Informed Expressive Arts Therapy and Mind Body Medicine I am well suited to assist people who struggle with mood and anxiety disorders, grief, past trauma and life transitions. I am particularly interested helping people use the expressive arts in therapy for personal growth and healing.
