I am a Licensed Psychologist in Texas with over twenty-five years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. In my practice, I primarily use Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on how thoughts and feelings influence behaviors. My focus is to help clients identify and practice different ways to respond to their troubling thoughts and feelings to move toward the life they want to live.
