You may be facing a change you didn’t choose, like illness, grief, caregiving, chronic pain, or the weight of past trauma. Or you might be navigating an internal shift: anxiety that feels overwhelming, a loss of identity, or old coping strategies no longer working. Many of my clients feel stuck between who they were and who they’re becoming, unsure how to manage the emotional and physical impact of everything shifting around them.
I help people understand what’s happening in their mind and nervous system during times of change. My approach blends IFS, ACT, CBT, trauma-informed care, and mind–body awareness. I also offer specialized support for chronic pain, migraines, and cognitive changes, including tDCS and a neuroscience-based brain health program.
Change can be overwhelming—even the changes you choose, and especially the ones you don’t. You don’t have to navigate these shifts alone. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and grounded in both science and compassion. If you’re seeking steadiness, resilience, and support in this chapter of your life, I’d be honored to help you move forward.
