Groups
Mom's Group; Pregnancy and Bipolar.
Three groups are being offered: a Mom's Parenting Support group, a Pregnancy Support group and a Bipolar Support group. Each of these groups allows you to hear the struggles of others, so that you feel less alone. The Mom's group is a place for mothers to build community and receive support. The Pregnancy Support group is to help you during this special journey with others who can understand you. The Bipolar Support group is to increase your coping skills with others that are familiar with this diagnosis. Contact me for more details.
