My approach is integrative, incorporating different therapeutic techniques to make sure that your specific concern is addressed in the way most effective for you. For more than ten years I have worked with adolescents and adults at agencies in the capital district. I have assisted individuals address traumatic experiences, and their symptoms including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and more, in order to lead a more positive, productive life. I specialize in working with sexual abuse victims and offenders.
