I have been a licensed psychotherapist for over 30 years. I have extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, families and couples. I am skilled and trained in working with people struggling with anxiety and depression.
Using a trauma focused lens I compassionately assist individuals and couples of all ages to work through grief, divorce and other major life transitions. I also have experience working with LGBTQ adults and youth and their families.
