About
**Schedule now online www.creativeperspectivestherapy.com**I believe connection is key when choosing a therapist! I have been described as genuine, down to earth, and easy to talk with by both youth and adults. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and my creative and versatile therapeutic approaches include cognitive-behavioral therapy, client-centered, solution-focused, and motivational interviewing in order to highlight your strengths and passions during therapy. Together, we can work towards your goals so that you can feel better soon. I look forward to meeting you and getting started.
I have my BA and Masters in Social Work (MSW) with a Certificate in Management. I have training and experience with adults, couples, youth (including special ed students) and am a Registered Drama Therapist (RDT). While drama therapy techniques can be helpful for some, this is always optional. Learn more at http://www.nadta.org
In addition, I offer Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) with Bailey, who is a lab/basset hound mix. AAT has been shown to decrease anxiety/behavioral problems while increasing comfort, loneliness, and pro-social behaviors for all ages. While completely optional, some clients find her presence very helpful during therapy.
