I am trained in EMDR and integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support trauma healing, emotional regulation, and self-understanding. I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults to help heal various traumas and life challenges. I offer individual, family, and group therapy services, including parent coaching and support.
