With over 25 years of experience supporting high-risk children and adults, I believe that while life’s challenges and traumas can reshape our stories, they do not have to define our future. My passion is helping clients step out of survival and move and into a life of genuine empowerment. Together, we won’t just talk about the challenges: we will actively work to rewire negative patterns, regulate your nervous system and build sustainable tools for your continued lifelong success. Whether you are challenged by deep trauma, mood disorders, or life transitions, I am here to provide a safe collaborative space for your healing.
Because every individual’s journey is unique I move beyond one-size-fits all therapy. I specialize in an integrative approach that blends traditional counseling with powerful specialized modalities including but not limited to EMDR, (Eye movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), EFT (tapping) and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
Our first session will focus on exploring the areas of your life where you want to make changes. It will also be a time for us to get to know each other and for me to understand your needs. Everyone thrives under different styles of support so It is important for us to find the right balance for you between my active feedback and dedicated listening time.
