My personal life journey has allowed me to examine what's "n" my cup" and the opportunity to create and produce a self-help radio show and co-author two self help books ("Learning to Love Yourself" and "Raising African American Boys").
I will help my client(s) reach their goal(s) by examining the origin of their thinking. We will examine what's "n" your cup that influences your thinking. Clients will learn that the "cup" given in life has no real power of influence-- unless one chooses to give it the power of influence. What do you choose--the cup or the true you?
In couple's therapy, I will always remain objective and fair to both clients. In individual therapy, I will provide high self regard and congruency. In family therapy, I will always treat each member of the family as a whole person. For my clients financial and scheduling convenience, I offer Saturday appointments on a weekly or bi-weekly bases.
