Flashbacks, anxiety, and painful memories can make it incredibly difficult to feel safe in your own body or trust the world around you.
I specialize in treating PTSD using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. EMDR is a specialized, evidence-based approach that helps your brain naturally reprocess traumatic memories. Instead of just talking about the past, we work together to take the painful "sting" out of those memories so they no longer control your present day.
