I have a particular interest in working with individuals and couples struggling with recurring patterns of infidelity, emotional disengagement, and chronic dissatisfaction in relationships. My work is centered on helping individuals and couples understand and change relational patterns that seem to repeat across generations. Many of the people I work with find themselves recreating aspects of their parents' relationships—or the broader dynamics of their family of origin—in their own intimate partnerships, often despite a conscious desire to do something different.
I help clients explore how early relational experiences continue to shape present-day expectations, emotional responses, and patterns of connection. Together, we work to identify protective strategies that may have once served an important purpose but now interfere with closeness, authenticity, and emotional fulfillment.
I strive to create a space where difficult relational truths can be examined with honesty, curiosity, and compassion. My goal is not simply to reduce symptoms or resolve conflict, but to help clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves and build relationships that are more intentional, connected, and emotionally sustainable.
