Starts - Sept. 7 - The goal of this group is to provide teens with a greater sense of energy or zest, knowledge of self and other, capacity to act, sense of self-worth, and desire for further connection. Members will learn to express their feelings appropriately and to contain them in healthy ways by using self-soothing techniques; have a safe environment to understand feelings and how to work through emotions; learn critical thinking in which they first consider their thoughts and feelings and then make decisions; and learn autonomy and make changes or positive choices in their behaviors (risk taking and relational).

Psychoeducation group for young adult couples
In this weekly group, young adult, and their partners will learn about attachment styles and how the relationship they had with their caregivers in early life inform how they relate to their current partners. We'll also discuss how some CBT techniques can help with challenges between couples. Couples will engage in an initial one-on-one appointment with the group facilitator. The virtual group meets on weekday evenings for 1.5hrs. The cost of the group is $60 per couple.
