I am passionate about working with couples and individuals with any life transition issues including all stages of relationship, personal and professional development, recent or past trauma, or moving through any obstacles impeding your experience of joy, compassion and overall fulfillment. For couples, I can help you break negative cycles of distress and estrangement, guiding as you build the safe, intimate, loving connection you desire. Many years of training lead me to study the most current developments in neuropsychology and adult attachment based theory. I am a certified EMDR therapist & certified EFT therapist and supervisor
Present or past injury influences our overall experience of ourselves in the world. As we heal, it can be difficult to fully trust or "take in" the positive. An essential part of our work together is to "rewire," and experience the good in yourself and your relationships! My work is trauma informed, attachment focused and includes EMDR, IFS, & Neurofeedback.
While experience and training is certainly important to our work, equally important to healing and growing is the therapeutic relationship. Individuals and couples experience me as a warm, caring therapist, creating an environment where exploration and discovery is fostered through partnership, respect, and a touch of humor where appropriate.
