I am Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, a Board Certified Coach and Choice Theory Reality Therapy Certified. Since 2009, I have had the honor and privilege to be entrusted with helping a wide range of clients navigate critical life transitions and mental health issues. I work with individuals, couples, teenagers, families, and groups. Special interests include working with interpersonal issues, anxiety, depression, self-harming, grief and loss, spirituality, parenting, stress management, and life transitions.
I also have the pleasure of running workshops and support groups dealing with building healthy relationships, blended families, divorce recovery, and transitioning into college. I have an extensive experience working in youth ministry. I have a passion for helping people learn how to grow and overcome life events.
I believe that relationships and making good choices are key to having a healthy life and are the basis for Choice Theory Reality Therapy. I am committed to providing a safe and comfortable counseling environment in order for clients to grow and heal through the counseling process.
