I believe that it is important to come alongside clients on the journey to healing and self-awareness so that they can better navigate the challenges of life.
My approach to counseling is to provide clients with the necessary insights and skills to achieve their desired goals. For some clients, this may include reprocessing traumatic experiences. I am trained in EMDR which is a researched-based technique used to reprocess trauma, and in its place instill resiliency.
