I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) with over 20 years of experience supporting adults, children, and families. My approach is relational at its core—guided by curiosity, compassion, and honesty. I draw from a range of methods that foster healing, insight, and growth, always honoring your lived experience, identity, and wisdom.
