About
In today's world, life is often chaotic and relationships can be challenging. Wrestling with anxiety, marital stress, job loss, and other difficult circumstances can feel like walking alone at night on an unfamiliar path: it’s hard to find your way. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate, I am here to walk beside you. I’ll bring a compass and a flashlight – together we can navigate a path forward.
I have a heart for working with families and strengthening marriages. I offer solution-focused strategies to manage life transitions (i.e., marital stress, parenting challenges, career changes, divorce, loss of a loved one), as well as mindfulness and CBT techniques to overcome emotional/behavioral issues, such as Anxiety, Depression, or OCD.
Each person has a unique set of strengths and abilities, as well as the power to achieve their hopes and dreams. But from time to time, we all need a little help. Together, we can fill your “backpack” with skills and strategies to improve communication, heal past hurts, restore wellness, and enhance your relationships.
