I'm passionate about walking alongside others in their most difficult moments to offer a renewed sense of hope and healing. Research shows the value in a therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe and accepted. I see this relationship as the foundation my clients and I build upon to move towards progress and transformation. My clinical interests include depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, trauma, sexuality, boundaries, spirituality, and life-transitions.
My approach is integrative, holistic, and relational. I draw from various interventions to tailor them to the needs of each client and couple. I'm Level 1 Gottman trained, a Level 1 Spiritually Integrated Therapist (SIP) and trained in models such as TF-CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), IFS, and EMDR and experiential interventions.

My rate is $165 for individuals and $175 for couples, and a limited number of sliding scale options are available to those in need. I also offer 1-3 day intensives for individuals and couples.
