About
I enjoy working with women with a variety of life, relationship or mood related issues. My specialty areas include working with pregnant and postpartum women or those with parenting struggles. I am well aware of the challenges that transitioning to motherhood brings. I am able to help educate and guide the process. I also have a particular interest and training in treating OCD, whether those symptoms are part of your postpartum experience or something you've dealt with for a long time.
I like to describe myself as an emotional ally and non-judgemental sounding board. I have specialized training in treating postpartum mood disorders. I am also trained in using ERP to treat symptoms of OCD.
My clients tell me that I have a warm presence, I'm easy to talk to and that they feel understood. We all need someone to help guide, coach and sit with us through the hard times that life can throw our way. You don't need to live your life in the chronic discomfort of OCD.
