About
I have limited openings for new clients on Tuesday afternoon and every other Saturday.
At the core I am a psychodynamic therapist. Our past experiences have played a part in shaping who we are today, but that doesn’t mean we can’t change our story. I incorporate tools from CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems to help clients make the changes they choose to make.
I believe every person has immense value. Meeting clients where they are and letting them be true to themselves is a keystone of how I work. You are an amazing, complex individual! Living in a community can replace your joy with a list of "shoulds" that throw you out of sync. Finding someone who lets you be yourself can help you realign and move forward.
