About
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I have provided individual, couples, family, and group therapy for over 28 years. I have worked with both adolescent and adult populations, addressing a variety of disorders, including the development of a specialized program for impaired professionals. I provide a holistic approach which includes, a combination of technique's such as ACT, DPT, CBT, psychoeducation and mindfulness.
It takes strength and courage to reach out and ask for help, and I work to offer a warm and caring approach designed to help you feel comfortable in your journey. My professional passion is to provide a safe, supportive space where I can walk alongside my clients as they grow and transition to healthy lifestyles.
I love the quote by Maya Angelou. "Do the best you can until you know better, then when you know better, do better".
