Hello! If you have found yourself here it is likely you have set an intention of working psychologically to reduce distress, consider your traumatic experiences and/or understand yourself better. I believe that there's often a number of factors that contribute to people struggling with mental health. The things we experience shape us all, in many ways, affecting how we feel, the things we do, and/or our relationships with others. As such, I view mental wellbeing as something we all need to take the time to invest in, although this is not always easy!
Through therapy, I will work with you to begin to make sense of your difficulties. Together, we will explore different ways forward to support the development of new strategies and ways of coping. We work collaboratively to develop a shared understanding of your experiences and help you work toward your goals.
I offer a safe and confidential space in which I help people to explore their difficulties and work towards positive change and recovery. This means working together to try to help make sense of your distress or experiences, in a collaborative, compassionate framework. I believe that each journey is different, and as such, therapy should be tailored to you.
