I find myself to be eclectic in my modalities, though I prefer person centered as whole. I believe that you as the client are the expert in your own life and through a healthy therapeutic relationship, you are empowered and supported to find your purpose and your peace. Some issues I focus on are anxiety, stress, coping skills and life management.
