Hi! I'm so glad you're here. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) as well as a high school Counselor. I believe wholeheartedly that every person deserves the opportunity to freely express themselves and gain helpful guidance to bettering their experiences while feeling heard, understood, and cared for. My most common focus areas are anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and working through attachment.
I believe each client deserves an individualized approach to therapy to cater to each individual's needs. However, most commonly, I rely on Person-Centered therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
Everyone who knows me always says I could talk to a brick wall! My approach is friendly, conversational, non-judgmental, and open. I am a firm believer that therapy is not beneficial if the therapeutic relationship is not there, and I strive to make any client in front of me feel as comfortable as possible!
