Are you a Mom who feels over worked and under appreciated? Do you wonder when you will find time for yourself? Balanced Life Counseling Associates wants to help you find “me time”. Our goal is to help Moms who are in the “in-between” phase of Motherhood figure out their identity as a person. We strive to provide a safe space where each client is heard and your feelings are validated. We seek to walk alongside you on your journey towards a more balanced life. We hope that you leave our office feeling better than when you arrived.
I apply a brief therapy approach to counseling and help the client where they are in the present. We specialize in working with Moms however we work with a variety clients such as teens, families, and couples.
