We will use a variety of evidenced-based, trauma-informed methods- including play therapy, art, sand tray therapy, Cognitive behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR. We believe that the most important part of the therapeutic process is the client-therapist relationship itself, as true healing cannot be done until you feel safe and seen by your clinician.
