I have immediate openings in person and online! With over 28 years of experience, I work with individuals facing trauma, substance use, depression, anxiety, and codependency. I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can explore your challenges and begin the process of healing. I utilize several different therapy types. My approach for trauma and loss combines EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help create meaningful, lasting change. CBT also works well with depression and anxiety.
I’m also certified to support people struggling with substance use, as well as the family members and friends who are impacted by these issues. In addition, I help clients navigate major life transitions—such as divorce, loss, or career changes—that can often lead to increased stress or emotional difficulty.
