I am a licensed therapist with diverse experience in mental health. I have spent the last several years cultivating my practice, focusing on my own personal work, and creating a compassionate, safe space for Clients. My hope is to provide a space for you to be vulnerable, seen, and truly heard.
My practice centers around exploring the intersection between joy and sorrow and finding wholeness through our vulnerability. I hope to foster compassion for all parts of yourself, and become more integrated and accepting of your true, authentic self.
Much of my work in practice is focused on processing trauma and giving respect to our life stories.
I work with Clients experiencing trauma responses, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, life adjustments, feelings of "stuckness."
I have special interest and compassion for perinatal mental health including those experiencing infertility and pregnancy loss.
I completed EMDR training in 2022 and am currently pursuing my EMDR certification through EMDRIA. I am also trained in Lifespan Integration training (Levels I-IV). I have also recently participated in retreats focused on grief and loss.
